Before you send your files
What file should I send?
A print-ready PDF is a helpful starting point for many paper products. For logos, an original vector file is often best. If you have a Canva design, export as PDF Print and tell us the intended size. Keep an editable original available if changes are needed.
What are bleed and safe margins?
Bleed is artwork that extends past the trim edge to avoid white borders when the piece is cut. Keep important text and logos away from that edge. Ask us for the bleed and safe-margin measurements for your specific product before exporting.
Will my photos and colors print clearly?
Send original, high-resolution images when possible. Screenshots and images copied from websites may look soft in print. Screens and printed materials can show color differently; tell us if a brand color is critical.
What about shirts, signs, and promotional products?
Include the product, finished dimensions, intended use, and print locations. Artwork requirements depend on the material and decoration method. We’ll help confirm the right file setup.
I only have a logo or an idea.
That’s a good place to start. Send what you have, describe the result you want, and select design help in the quote form. We’ll discuss the work needed and its cost before proceeding.
